This year, we hope to inspire you with a wide range of speakers and talk topics. The content follows the conference theme and sub-themes while providing insights into their relevance to different fields. The talks will cover employee experience, organisational change, design leadership, systems thinking, futures thinking and foresight, social and healthcare services, communication and negotiation skills, self-development, and other insightful applications of service design.

Workshops
We offer you co-creation workshops and tools on the 1st conference day, either online, at the conference venue Paasitorni or at the offices of the workshop host. You're welcome to learn from our inspiring facilitators.
Below you will find details of our workshops which are held both in the morning and afternoon.
Welcome Reception
The conference will kick-off with an opening reception hosted at the historic Helsinki City Hall. The event will start at 6:00PM and end at 7:30PM. The Mayor of Helsinki will hold an opening talk, as well as presenters from the City of Helsinki and the Service Design Network. Come and "kippis" (cheer) with us! Drinks and snacks are offered by our host, the City of Helsinki.
