LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® imagination challenge in VUCA world
Facilitated by Minna Pura and Emilia Risu
Theme: Changing Impact
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique for organizations, teams, and individuals. It draws on extensive research from diverse fields of business, organizational development, psychology, and learning and is based on the concept of “hand knowledge.” The purpose of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is to identify hidden knowledge, share it with participants, and foster imagination. Using LSP results in more insights, more engagement, and, ultimately, more commitment and faster implementation of development work.
