Meet the Team
SDGC26 wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteer team. Working across content, communications, activities, and the overall experience, our volunteers bring their skills, time, and enthusiasm to create a conference that feels inspiring, meaningful, and welcoming.
What inspired you to join the SDGC26 organizing team?

I’m glad to be a part of the SDGC26 Team. The collaboration within the conference team is inspiring and everyone is lovely. Beyond shaping the discussion and topics that will influence the field for the upcoming year, volunteering is also a way of getting to know talented professionals, exchanging on a regular basis and giving back to the community.

Being an event manager for the SDGC conference over the past five years has been a rewarding journey, fueled by the vibrant energy and collaborative spirit of our diverse global team. I am thrilled to see the impact we’ll make as we bring the community together for SDGC26 in Wiesbaden!

With SDGC26 being my third conference, what energizes me most year after year is getting to collaborate with such diverse and inspiring people from around the world. SDGC is a familiar space to get practical experience doing what I love most: bringing people together, leading teams and develop experiences.

I joined the SDGC26 planning team to help amplify the reach and impact of service design by building meaningful partnerships and strengthening our global community. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to an event that brings together diverse voices, ideas, and practices shaping the future of service design.

This is my fourth year with SDGC. What keeps me coming back is the opportunity to create space for community, connection, and learning. I also value how much I get to grow myself—whether it's through cross-cultural collaboration or getting to know better the design landscape in different parts of the world.

I’ve been the SDN SF lead for almost 3 years, and supported the 2025 conference. I’m excited to help shape an amazing experience for attendees while learning first-hand how a major international event comes together. I'm excited to connect with everyone at the conference!
