Code of Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and religion. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations and the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We invite all participants to help us create a safe and positive experience for everyone.
1. Respect inclusivity
Embrace diversity and treat all participants with respect, regardless of their personal characteristics, promoting an inclusive environment.
2. Harassment-free environment
Harassment in any form is not tolerated; this includes offensive comments or behavior. Report any harassment to the conference staff members.
3. Mindful Interactions & Cultural Awareness
We are a global community representing a diverse range of cultures and traditions. Please be mindful that greetings and social norms vary significantly across the world. What may be a common gesture in one culture (such as a handshake, hug, or pat on the back) may be uncomfortable or inappropriate in another.

-
Seek Consent for Physical Touch: Always prioritize the personal space and physical boundaries of others. Before engaging in physical contact - including common greetings - ensure it is welcome. When in doubt, a verbal greeting or a polite nod is preferred.
-
Respect Cultural Boundaries: Be attentive to non-verbal cues. If someone avoids physical contact or maintains more personal space than you are accustomed to, please respect their boundaries without judgment or comment.
-
Inclusive Professionalism: Our goal is to foster an environment where everyone feels psychologically and physically safe. We encourage participants to lead with curiosity and respect for these differences.

Maintain a professional and collaborative atmosphere during all interactions, whether in-person or online.
