Designing Influence: Bringing Service Design into the Boardroom

Drawing on my personal journey, this keynote explores how service design can evolve from a project-based discipline into a strategic capability that shapes business decisions and organizational transformation. I will share practical lessons on building and leading design organizations, bridging the languages of design, engineering, and business, and earning a seat at the executive table. Finally, I will reflect on how these experiences have informed the creation of the Master's in Innovation and Business at Politecnico di Milano, preparing the next generation of leaders to drive innovation through design.
