Are the best times for Service Design still ahead of us? We let AI research possible futures for service design, and published these in Touchpoint and on the SDN Slack. Then, we invited Service Designers to bring their experiences to challenge the scenarios, uncover new possibilities for themselves and their teams in two pre-SDGC online workshops just before the conference. Once we bring the results on stage at the conference, they might surprise, scare or enlighten us. Be prepared to challenge your own beliefs.
