Pallavi Borkar

Pallavi Borkar designs by noticing what everyone else has stopped questioning. With an MA in Service Design from SCAD, she has spent her career inside systems where the stakes are high and the rules are still being written: national financial infrastructure, clinical care, and the quiet, overlooked work of grief. What a process says and what it does are rarely the same thing. That gap is where she works.
