Ker is a passionate design strategist who believes in the power of design thinking and service design to drive meaningful, sustainable change. With over six years of experience in women’s financial inclusion, he has led initiatives across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America. His work focuses on bridging the gender gap in financial services by designing solutions that connect social impact with business objectives.

At the heart of his practice is collaboration—working closely with financial service providers, fintechs, and government-owned institutions to reimagine how banking can work better for women. Ker brings deep experience embedding service design at strategic, operational, and frontline levels, ensuring that design is not just a one-off intervention, but a long-term lever for system-level transformation.
