Every Service Has a Hidden Curriculum
Every service has a hidden curriculum: before people fully understand what a service does, they are already learning from it. This talk brings a learning-design lens into service design to help people see what services teach about agency, trust, belonging, effort, and action...often without ever saying it out loud.
This connects to Beyond Boundaries because one of the boundaries worth moving beyond is the gap between visible service performance and invisible human consequence. If we want to enable solutions that shape tomorrow, we need to pay closer attention to what services are training in people today.
