Workshop
Description

A matter of scale: navigating systemic challenges in practice.
Hosted by Harmonic Design

Designing for transformation isn’t easy, especially in complex, multi-organization systems shaped by environmental forces like policy shifts, market dynamics, rapidly evolving technology, and shifting actor needs. This workshop guides participants through a systemic approach to make sense of interconnected challenges and take concerted action.

Using healthcare as a case study, we’ll explore methods to define scale, set priorities, and develop adaptive strategies across strategic, structural, and tactical levels. This active workshop will have you working in small groups to try out different approaches. Together, you'll dive in with hands-on activities and engage in provocative reflections on how to separate layers of complexity, unbundle challenge networks, and define scale-appropriate opportunities. You will leave with a mix of new questions and practical, adaptable approaches to driving meaningful change in your organizational environment.

Workshop location:

Marriott Dallas Las Colinas
223 West Las Colinas Boulevard,
Irving, Texas 75039
+1-800-264-1178

Workshop time: 9am-12pm
Please check that workshops you wish to book don't overlap, as some workshops are happening in parallel. Sign-up for workshops closes on Wednesday, October 1st.
