Christopher Robin Roberts is an award-winning industrial designer turned service design leader, currently serving as Director of Service Design at Baylor Scott & White Health. With more than two decades of experience across industrial design, UX, and service design, he brings a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges in healthcare, technology, finance, and education.

As co-founder of the Service Design Network’s Dallas chapter, Robin has helped grow a thriving design community and elevate the visibility of service design in the region. At Baylor Scott & White, he leads the service design practice as part of a cross-functional human-centered design team focused on improving the end-to-end experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff.

Known for his calm leadership and clear thinking within ambiguity, Robin bridges strategy and execution to help organizations unlock the full potential of design. He is passionate about building design capabilities, mentoring future design leaders, and advancing service design as a strategic discipline.
